Falconer Woman Charged With Posting Nude Photo on Facebook

WARREN, Pa. (AP) -- A Chautauqua County woman who works as a bartender in northwestern Pennsylvania has been charged with using a male customer's cell phone to post a nude photo of another woman on Facebook.

Police in Warren didn't immediately say why 22-year-old Lindsay Head, of Falconer, N.Y. targeted the other woman, or if she even knew her. Police filed a charge of illegally transmitting obscene material against Head on Friday. The Associated Press could not immediately locate a phone number or attorney for Head.

Police say Head used a customer's cell phone without his knowledge Nov. 12. She allegedly used information stored in the phone -- including the nude photo of the other woman -- to post the image on the man's Facebook page.

Head will be mailed a court summons.
