State Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a tractor trailer and a pick up truck in Concord.
The accident happened around 6pm Tuesday on Springville Boston Road, near Genesee Road.
That intersection has now been reopened to traffic this morning.
Investigators tell 2 On Your Side the driver of the tractor trailer ran a stop sign, colliding with the truck.
New York State Troopers have identified the driver of the pick up truck the man who died as 33-year-old Joseph Nebrich of Cattaraugus, NY. We're told Nebrich was driving a pick up truck with a trailer attached, hauling another pick up truck.
The driver of the tractor trailer is 22-year-old Daniel Taft of Jasper, NY. He walked away from the crash unharmed. State police say Taft was ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign but at this time, police say they do not believe drugs or alcohol was a factor in this crash.
Police say the tractor trailer was hauling machinery and that likely contributed to the extensive debris on scene and the 12 hour clean up effort.
The crash is still under investigation. We'll have more on this story coming up tonight on Channel 2 News First at Five.
