A 28 year old man has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of Jacob Herbert, 19, of Clarence over Halloween weekend.
Todd Heatley, of Main Street, has been charged with 2nd degree murder.
The incident occured in around 4:30 a.m. last Saturday morning on the 100 block of Libson Ave.
Video from the City Surveillance Camera Located at the corner of Lisbon and Cordova played a key role in helping solve the case, along with police work and witness accounts.
The investigation was led by Sgt. Daniel Rinaldo.
