Tough Questions for the Man who Controls Your Stimulus Money

2 On Your Side's Pete Gallivan recently took a trip to Albany to ask the man who controls where your stimulus dollars go tough questions about how the money is being spent.

Believe it or not, one man in Albany has the final say over who gets stimulus money.. and who doesn't.  His name is Timothy Gilchrist and he's been dubbed New York's "Stimulus Czar."
