A Genesee County husband and wife are recovering from injuries suffered when they were attacked by a bull Monday morning.
It happened on Cole Road in the Town of Byron around 10 a.m.
Glenn Hart and his wife were in a fenced off area on a farm chopping firewood, with what they thought, were only some heffers.
Suddenly the bull appeared out of nowhere and attacked Mr. Hart. His wife tried to intervene and was also injured.
Glenn Hart was flown to Strong Memorial in Rochester with wounds to his face and chest. His wife was taken to Strong by ambulance with less serious injuries.
