Buffalo Police Homicide Detectives are investigating a Sunday morning fatal shooting in the City's Bailey-Delavan area.
Police were called to the vicinity of Bailey Avenue and Wecker St. just before 1:20 a.m.
It appears that two individuals were shot. Police say 27 year old Charles Henderson of Guilford St. was declared dead at the scene.
The second male victim, 27 year old Jermmel Walker of Buffalo, was transported to ECMC and is listed in fair condition.
