Thruway Authority Board Member Joins 2 On Your Side in the Red Zone

Western New York's newest representative on the Thruway Authority's Board joined us in the Red Zone Friday on Channel 2 News at Six.

We asked Donna Luh about toll hikes and whether she feels the 5% hikes in 2009 and 2010, and the hike that took effect in January are fair to consumers dealing with rising prices.
