BUFFALO, N.Y.- Led by Zack Panebianco's game-high 26 points, Jamestown advances to the Section VI Class AA Finals with a 73-61 win over Clarence.
Entering the fourth quarter, Jamestown (18-2) led 58-39. Clarence's Emaure Williams scored 10 of his 16 points in the final frame, as Clarence (15-5) got within two possessions.
But, #11 Panebianco, along with #1 Tommy Campion (16 points) and #32 Quinn Lee-Yaw, outlasted the Clarence surge to preserve the victory.
Clarence's Bryan Jost scored a team-high 19, including 16 in the first half.
Jamestown will play Niagara Falls in the Section VI Class AA Finals on Saturday (8:15 pm) at Buffalo State College.
