Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - Vinny Prospal scored early in the third
period, and the Columbus Blue Jackets snapped a four-game winless streak with
a 2-1 victory over the visiting Dallas Stars.
Sergei Bobrovsky turned aside 24 Dallas shots, including 11 in the third
period, to preserve the Blue Jackets' first win since opening night.
Kari Lehtonen made 25 saves for the Stars, who have played six consecutive
one-goal games to begin the season, losing the last three.
