WASHINGTON (AP) - Some $9.7 billion will now be available to victims of Superstorm Sandy.
President Barack Obama has signed into law a bill that increases the borrowing authority of the Federal Emergency Management Agency so that more than 100,000 flood claims won't be delayed.
A $51 billion package is expected to be voted on Jan. 15.
