| Summary: |
|
| Orchard Park is unbeaten, but had tough matchups with Lockport, Frontier, and Lancaster. The Quakers are not as dominating as last year's State Champs. Offense is averaging 40 yds. Per gam, led by Ben Holmes, who is a dual threat QB with speed, agility, and accuracy. RB Mitch Wilson missed last week's game, but should be ready for the Red Raiders. The Senior is an excellent runner and can score from anywhere on the field. Jeff Modkins is also a good RB and rushed for over 100 yards against Lancaster. Wide Receivers Austin Goltz and Raphael Pagliei are solid players with good hands and speed. The Quakers' line is the team's strength led by Mike "Adonis" Senn and Adam "the Bull" Bellica. Defensively, OP has limited opponents to 15 pts per game. Connor Eddy and Chris SanFillippo are All-WNY candidates. |
| Jamestown needs to get back on track after their loss to Frontier which can be a sleeper team in the playoffs. Jake Sisson, Jr., has done an excellent job since taking over the QB job just prior to the Red Raiders first game. The line is excellent, sparked by Cortland Haines and John Czech. Red Raiders can be explosive with Sisson, Panebianco, Hollingsworth and Watson. They need to end their losing streak against the Quakers. |
| Prediction: |
|
| Quakers win 18th straight and clinch the first place in Class AA South |
| Orchard Park - 34, Jamestown - 20 |
