SANBORN, NY - A 6-year old boy was taken by Mercy Flight to Womens and Childrens of Buffalo this afternoon after suffering third degree burns on both of his legs.
The Niagara County Sheriff's Office would not comment on exactly what happened, but they did say it was a result of a bonfire accident at the boy's Walmore Road home.
Investigators say the burns are serious, but not life threatening.
