KNOXVILLE, TENN. -- Those interested in watching the presidential debate Sunday now have the opportunity to see it on the big screen.
Regal Entertainment Group announced Wednesday that they are showing the debate live for free in Regal Cinemas Sunday across the United States.
The second presidential debate will take place Sunday at 9 p.m. at Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
The two that will be showing the debate in Western New York are the Regal Elmwood 16 on Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo and the Regal Transit Center Stadium 18 & IMAX on Transit Road in Williamsville.
“While our auditoriums feature the likes of Batman V. Superman or Alien vs. Predator, we are excited to offer voters a chance to watch Clinton vs. Trump as they go head to head on the big screen,” said Steve Bunnell, Chief Content and Programming Officer at Regal Entertainment Group. “As we continue to look at ways to bring alternative content to our screens, we invite you to come cheer and jeer the candidates at Regal this Sunday.”
