Buffalo Bills Fan Who Fell Pleads Not Guilty

ORCHARD PARK, NY - The Buffalo Bills fan who fell from the 300 Level at Ralph Wilson Stadium in November has pleaded not guilty Tuesday evening to charges of assault and reckless endangerment.

Robert Hopkins appeared in Orchard Park Town Court.

The 29-year-old was charged following the November 17 fall. Police say video shows Hopkins sliding down a railing, toppling backward, and falling into the 200 section where he landed on another fan.

Hopkins' attorney called the incident an "accident" and reminded the public that his client has apologized to the victim via a letter.
