Marion man charged with DWI, multiple other charges

TOWN OF BERGEN, NY - Police charged a Marion man with felony driving-while-intoxicated and multiple other charges during a traffic stop on June 24 in the Town of Bergen, according to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.

Douglas Tallent, 36, has been charged with felony DWI, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving with a suspended registration and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Tallent has had previous DWI conviction, according to the Sheriff's Office. 

Tallent was arraigned in Bergen Town Court and taken to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
