EDT April 07, 2017 CONNECT TWEET LINKEDIN GOOGLE+ PINTEREST BUFFALO, NY-- The Erie County District Attorney's office says 49-year-old Shondel Stephens pleaded guilty Friday to prohibition of animal fighting. Prosecutors say Stephens was using his home on Monroe Street to train put bulls for dog fighting.
