Ken-Ton schools warn parents of suspicious incident

TOWN OF TONAWANDA, NY--  The Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School District is once again reminding parents to teach their child about stranger danger following a suspicious incident on Tuesday.

The incident happened in the Wilton Parkway neighborhood Tuesday after school.

School officials say a student got off the bus and observed a male in a blue mini-van drive past three to four times.  The driver, described as a middle-aged, white male with short light colored hair and beard.  Officials say the driver did not speak to the child, but stared at him.  

Last month, Town of Tonawanda Police investigated two similar incidents where a man in a blue vehicle who approached students and made comments to them.  They are not sure yet if all of the incidents are connected.
