ELMA, N.Y.- The man accused of killing a Toys R' Us store manager in Hamburg in over the summer will spend the next three months behind bars on a separate charge.
Bernard Grucza was sentenced to three months in jail after taking a plea deal on a misdemeanor weapons possession charge.
This is all associated with a separate incident in which he fired a gun out of a window of his home.
A judge also extended an order of protection against Grucza's wife and children for an additional two years and three months.
Grucza is being held on charges that he murdered Toys R' Us manager Larry Wells inside the store last June.
