BUFFALO, N.Y.- Accounts should be back to normal for several First Niagara customers.
2 On Your Side had received calls from bank customers Tuesday concerned that their direct deposits were not showing up.
First Niagara stated earlier that there were "errors in the Automated Clearinghouse file" that may have caused discrepencies in customers' accounts.
They issued this statement after the issue was resolved.
First Niagara teams have resolved the issue that affected our customers earlier today. Our online and mobile banking systems are now available and customer accounts are up-to-date. Our customer contact team will continue to reach out to impacted customers to answer any additional questions they may have. No fees will be assessed to our customers due to this error. We apologize to our customers for any inconvenience
