Driver Admits Smoking Pot Before Deadly Crash

TOWN OF PORTER, N.Y. -- A Wilson man has pleaded guilty in a deadly crash in the Niagara County Town of Porter last July.

Michael Buchalski II, 22, admitted Friday he had smoked marijuana before he T-Boned another car, killing the driver and hurting the two children inside. 

He pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and driving while impaired by drugs. 

He's expected to get two years behind bars when he's sentenced in August.
