TONAWANDA, NY-A man who said was the 'designated driver' for a group of friends is now facing a DWI charge himself.
City of Tonawanda Police say they pulled over Christian Leal, 22, of Vancouver, Washington for speeding and following too closely early Saturday morning on Main St.
Leal showed signs of being intoxicated and told police he had 'only two beers'. A breathalyzer test showed his BAC to be .12.
Leal's bail was set at $250.
