BUFFALO, N.Y. - The design of the building that will house downtown Buffalo's first full service supermarket will be unveiled in less than two weeks.
Tops Market is a partner in the project, which is being developed by Ciminelli Real Estate. Plans for the project will be presented to the public at a meeting on Thursday, December 1 at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library at 1 Lafayette Square in the City of Buffalo. Parking vouchers for free parking will be available at the event, good for the Allpro parking lot located at 437 Washington Street.
“We’re seeing great momentum throughout the City of Buffalo, and this development will be yet another vital addition to the region’s urban core,” said Denise Juron-Borgese, Vice President of Development and Planning, Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation. “We’re excited to partner with Tops to bring another dynamic, fresh food option to downtown Buffalo, one that will provide convenient access to folks on the City’s adjacent East Side as well as residents and employees in the Central Business District. We hope to welcome a great turnout on December 1st as we present our thoughts and plans to those in and around the area.”
