Police Chase Ends In Downtown Buffalo

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Police say nobody was injured during a police chase Monday night, but two police vehicles were struck. 

The pursuit began with State Police trying to pull over a vehicle following a shots fired call near Genesee and Grey Streets. The vehicle fled that location, and Buffalo Police pursued the vehicle. The chase ended a couple of miles away near the area of Washington and Huron Streets. Investigators say all three suspects attempted to run away from the scene after the accident, but all were caught. 

Buffalo Police arrested the driver, Joshua Copeland, 27, of Buffalo and charged him with Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Criminal possession of marijuana and other charges. 
The two passengers in the vehicle, Marshawn Mills and Jonnal Baker, were arrested and charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration and Resisting Arrest.
