BPD makes Nov. 2016 break-in shooting arrest

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Buffalo Police said Tuesday night they have made an arrest related to a November 2016 break-in and shooting. 

Police say a 23-year-old Buffalo man has been charged with robbery, burglary and weapons charges. His name has not yet been released. 

The break-in and shooting incident happened Nov. 21 at about 1:30 p.m. in the first block of Clayton Street.  The shooting victim was sent to Kenmore Mercy Hospital with wounds that appeared serious, police said at the time.
