BUFFALO, NY — The fourth annual Budding Tree Yoga Festival was held today at Riverworks.
Hundreds of people came out to take part in yoga classes and demonstrations.
It was aimed to be a relaxing day for experienced yoga enthusiasts, as well as beginners looking to give it a try for the first time.
"We have 17 classes throughout the day "said Julie Leatherbarrow, creator of the Budd Tree Yoga Festival. "It is free as our way of giving back to the community that has supported us throughout the years, and as well as to introduce it to those who have always wanted to try yoga but have been cautious to do so."
