Lamb Kabob Roti Roll

Chef Neal Plazio and Chef Poonam Matta stopped by Daybreak Saturday to share a lamb kabab recipe.

Lamb Kabob Roti Roll

1 lb  Ground Lamb
1 cup  Red Onion, chopped
2 TBSP Garlic Ginger Paste
1 tsp  Red Chili Powder
2 tsp  Salt
2 tsp  Cumin Powder
2 tsp  Garam Masala
½ cup  Cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup Fresh Mint, chopped
1 tsp  Butter
2 TBSP Green Chili, chopped
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
Mix ingredients together. Place on short skewers. Place on hot grill or medium high pan with a TBSP of oil. Sear for a minute and a half on each side. Hold hot for service.
Serve with tamarind chutney, mint chutney, pickled onions, and peppers, rolled in a roti bread.
