Police Identify Jamestown Shooting Victim

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. - A streak of violence continued in the city with another shooting Friday night.

Jamestown Police are investigating after they say multiple shots were fired in the area of Lakeview and Euclid Avenues.

Investigators say a vehicle driving by the scene was hit by a bullet, but no one was hurt.

There were also a pair of shootings on Thanksgiving, including a deadly shooting on South Main Street.

On Saturday, Jamestown Police released the name of the victim: Allan B. Burnett Jr., 26, of Buffalo. 

Police also say a suspect dressed in all black entered an apartment in the 300 block of 4th Street Friday afternoon and fired multiple shots before taking off.  

Police are unsure if all of the crimes are connected.
