Early morning shooting leaves man in critical condition

BUFFALO, N.Y. - A man remains in critical condition after he was shot early Sunday morning.

It happened just after 2:30 a.m. on the 300 block of Phyllis Avenue near the Buffalo-Cheektowaga border.

Detectives say the man, who is in his late 20's, was taken to Erie County Medical Center.
