Daylight Saving Ends This Weekend

Don't forget to turn back your clocks!

It's that time of year again: get ready to "fall back" one hour.

Daylight Saving ends at 2 a.m. Sunday, which means most of the country will officially shift back to standard time.

That means it will get light out earlier, but on the flip side, it will get darker outside even earlier.

Good news? You'll get an extra hour of sleep Sunday.  But before you hit snooze, consider taking the advice of sleep experts who say to use that extra hour in the morning to do something.  That's because interrupting your body's natural sleep cycle can end up making you feel more tired.
