BUFFALO, NY - Traffic on Route 33 (the Kensington Expressway) is moving again after an earlier spin out had traffic slowed to a crawl near the I-90 interchange.
An earlier accident on the I-190 at Niagara Street had the right lane closed and traffic backed up in both directions at the height of rush hour, and yet another accident on the I-290 east near Niagara Falls Boulevard was causing congestion there, too.
