WEST SENECA, N.Y.- On the seventy first anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, a day that President Franklin D. Roosevelt said "... would live in infamy", a ceremony was held at the American Legion post #735 in West Seneca.
Joining local officials was 93-year-old Earl Wickett. Mr. Wickett was a young army private on that December morning in 1941. He shared some of his memories of that day with Photojournalist Dooley O'Rourke before taking part in the memorial service.
