CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. - If you're looking for a unique workout that kicks up the intensity a notch, you may want to try a Skyrobics class at Sky Zone in Cheektowaga.
"The trampoline actually absorbs 80 percent of the resistance you bring onto it, so your legs aren't getting pounded like when you run," said Rhonda See of Sky Zone.
But this isn't the mini-trampoline workout that became popular in the 1980s. Skyrobics is an intense cross-fit workout on the trampoline.
