BUFFALO, NY - Remember what it was like when your babies were born?  You were probably in a hospital room with a TV and other basics.  Well, times are changing.  Take a look at what some new moms in Buffalo have now.

These are not hotel rooms.  This is the newly remodeled postpartum floor at Women and Children's Hospital.  They've created fourteen new mother - baby units.  Each unit is a private room and bath suite - with plenty of space to encourage parents and their babies to spend time together and bond.  Doctors say the reason behind the renovation is to help parents and their babies start their lives together in the best possible way.  Afterall, healthy babies start with healthy, happy moms.

The care on the floor includes around-the-clock physician coverage to address any medical needs moms and babies may have.  You can stop by and see the units yourself at the Buffalo Baby Expo Saturday, March 3rd from 10am-2pm at the hospital.
