Celiac Disease is a lifelong sacrifice. Those afflicted have to avoid items with gluten, a protein found in wheat. Baked goods and breads have typically been off-limits. Now, a city of Lockport bakery called By The Way Bake Shop is completely gluten free (but still delicious).
