At Castle Farms, in Brant, goats rule! The Castle family cares for about 60 in their herd, and with 8 females expecting, that number will soon grow. Goat milk is creamy and is especially good for making fudge and cheeses. Person with lactose intolerance can drink goat milk without issue as well.
