Town of Niagara man charged in bank robbery

TOWN OF NIAGARA, NY--  A Town of Niagara man is facing charges after he allegedly robbed a bank Wednesday.

Joseph Light, 27, is charged with robbery and grand larceny.

Niagara County Sheriff's deputies say Light allegedly robbed the Northwest Savings Bank on Military Road.   He was arrested at the Bit O' Paris Motel on Niagara Falls Boulevard.

Light was arraigned in Wheatfield court. His bail was set at $20,000 cash/$40,000 bond.  He is expected in Town of Niagara Court November 21.
