WHEATFIELD, N.Y.— Three suspects were arrested Tuesday after allegedly causing more than $500 worth of damage to the inside of the Summit Park Mall, according to the Niagara County Sheriff's Department.
Giante Polk, 19, and two 17-year-olds, all from Niagara Falls, were found inside the mall after deputies were alerted by an alarm. The three were also caught on video surveillance.
Officials say the three men entered the building through an unsecured door, causing damage to it and the alarm control unit, which is estimated to cost the mall owners $540 in repairs.
Each suspect faces felony charges for burglary and criminal mischief.
All three are due to appear in court next week.
