State Police working to file charges in restaurant shooting

CLARENCE, N.Y. - CLARENCE, NY-- New York State Police said they are working to file charges on a male suspect in connection with the shooting of a Clarence restaurant owner in September

Police say the owner of Zoe Restaurant on Transit Road was robbed at gun-point after closing on a Sunday night.
 
The owner, Alex Pozantidis, was carrying the day's receipts with him when he was confronted by the gunman.
 
The gunman took money and shot Pozantidis twice in the arm, according to police. 
 
Pozantidis was treated at E-C-M-C and survived.  This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
