Erratic driving lands two behind bars

AMHERST, N.Y. -- Two suspects were arrested on drug possession charges after citizens complained they were driving erratically and engaging in suspicious activity, according to the Erie County Sheriff's Office. 

Joined by the Amherst Police Department, the Sheriff's Office investigated the complaints and found the vehicle driven by Mateusz Ruszkiewicz of Depew, 23, on Transit Road. 

Inside they found an undisclosed amout of Ketamine, LSD, and marijuana. Ruszkiewicz was arrested and charged with three counts of drug possession, and a vehicle and traffic violation. 

A passenger in the vehicle was also arrested and is currently being processed by Amherst police.
