City of Tonawanda Police Captain Fredric Foels says the department received a call on Thursday night of a woman screaming. When officers arrived they found a blood trail leading from a window to the home's driveway.
Police say officers found 42-year-old Kevin Wolf of East Aurora bleeding from his right forearm. Police later learned his injury was sustained after Wolf allegedly punched a window, in an effort to break into the home.
Officers managed to stop the bleeding, but at first were not able to make Wolf comply with their commands.
He reportedly yelled profanities and refused to be handcuffed, but once arrested, was taken to ECMC for treatment.
Once released from the hospital, Wolf was charged on multiple counts including resisting arrest, criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct, among other charges.
