Convicted felons arrested in raids in Buffalo

Two Arrested In Buffalo Raid

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Erie County Sheriff's Detectives say they arrested two convicted felons in raids in Buffalo Thursday.

Larry Willis and Isiah Pierce were taken into custody following the raid at a home on Henrietta Street in the city's Riverside section.

 

Police recovered cocaine, guns, and possible fentanyl.

Investigators say Willis and Pierce are charged with the following:

Isiah Pierce is charged with: 
o 2 counts of criminal possession of a narcotic greater than 8 ounces
o 2 counts of criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell
o 2 counts of criminal possession of a load firearm
o 1 count of criminal possession of 3 or more firearms
o 3 counts of criminal possession of weapon while committing drug trafficking
o 1 count of criminal possession of weapon following a previous conviction
o 1 count of criminal possession of a stolen property
o 1 count of criminal possession of a controlled substance
o 1 count of concealing/destroying evidence
• 3 Misdemeanor charges for criminal use of drug paraphernalia
• Violation for unlawful possession of marijuana

Larry Willis is charged with:
o 1 count of criminal possession of narcotics with intent to sell
o 1 count of criminal possession of narcotics
o 1 count of criminal possession of a loaded firearm
o 1 count of criminal possession of weapon following a previous conviction
o 2 counts of criminal possession of weapon while committing drug trafficking
o 1 count of criminal possession of a stolen property
o 1 count of criminal possession of a controlled substance  - cocaine
o 1 count of concealing/destroying evidence
• 3 misdemeanor charges for criminal use of drug paraphernalia
• 3 misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance
