Armed Road Rage Ends With Two Arrests

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY, N.Y. - The Chautauqua County Sheriff's office says deputies responded to a report of a man pointing a gun at someone along Marks Corners Road in French Creek.

They say 34-year-old Nathan Babcock of Clymer chased after and crashed into another car, then hit the two men inside with a shot-gun and held them at gunpoint.

The deputies got him to drop the gun and arrested him on assault, menacing and harassment charges.

The other driver, 32-year-old Jeremy Cross of Pennsylvania, was charged with DWI.
