Hello there fellow Bloggers ... I have been a longtime resident of the Historic Allentown Preservation District of Buffalo, NY. I have been a homeowner and landlord in this specific area of Buffalo, NY since 1989, and a tenant myself since early 1979 after moving out of South Buffalo, where I was born and raised. I have seen this area go through many changes over the years and I have been blessed with several great tenants since purchasing my own home in 1989. I look forward to hearing from you all. The Good, The Bad and yes even The Ugly ... Blog On People ....Blog On !!!

Blogging about Clarence...what to say? My husband grew up in Clarence and we knew this is where we wanted to raise our children. We have been here for 12 years and LOVE it! The landscape sure has changed over years with more and more development.

I was born and raised in The Land of the Crabapples. I continue to live in Cheektowaga with my husband of almost a year. I am a freelance reporter for the Town's official newspaper, and also employed as a manager. I love to write and take pictures, spend time with my husband, and our friends. I also have two dogs that I absolutely adore.
