Barry Lillis came to Channel 2 in 1976, beginning a 20 year run. During that time he became well known for his off-the-wall antics during the weather reports, his many feature stories and of course, Barry's Cats Pajama's, a late-night variety show.
Barry was also the long-time co-host of the MDA Telethon and also co-founded Kids Escaping Drugs.
14 years ago, while still at Channel 2, Barry answered a higher calling, he was ordained an orthodox priest. He even had a private audience with Pope John Paul II. These days Barry is a chaplain at ECMC, performs weddings in Niagara Falls and counsels many people battling substance abuse issues.
