OLEAN, NY-- A physician assistant working in the Olean area is accused of professional misconduct after eight woman say he made sexual contact with them.
The charges stem from a New York State Department of Health Professional Conduct investigation.

Scott Piatt is accused of inappropriate sexual conduct with seven patients and one employee from 1999 to 2012 while he worked for various doctors' offices and medical groups.
Piatt is also accused of approving a patient as fit to drive commercial vehicles despite having several health issues the report alleges would make her unfit to drive.
