BUFFALO, NY--  Here's a look at what's happening around Western New York this week.

It's homecoming week for high schools across Western New York and a shout out to all the schools showing their spirit. 

Buffalo Beer Week continues until September 29th. There are tastings all over WNY enjoy everything from Blind Beer Tastings, Brew Ha Ha's, to a mug holding contest so have at it!  "Das Fun"(

The UB Bulls take on UConn Saturday at 3:30pm. Look for the North Tonawanda Modified Football Team to lead the UB Bulls out onto the field. Go Bulls!

Celtic Thunder "Mythology" is at Shea's Saturday night at 8pm

Bernadette Peters is in town! Not just a concert, an experience! She's performing Saturday, September 28th with the Buffalo Philharmonic at 8pm

There were also two major concerts announced this week

Justin Timberlake will bring his tour "The 20/20 Experience" to First Niagara Center on Saturday, February 22, 2014. Tickets on sale Monday, September 30.

Cher's Dressed to Kill Tour is also coming to First Niagara Center. The show is set for April 23rd 2014. Here's a perk for all online tickets purchased, ticketholders recieve a free copy of Cher's new album "Closer to the Truth" Tickets go on sale Friday, October 11th.

Finally the Buffalo Bills are home to take on the defending Super Bowl Champions Baltimore Ravens Sunday 1pm at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The game is sold out, but you can get all your Bills' coverage at
