BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Uniland Development has unveiled plans for a new office building and hotel at 250 Delaware Avenue, at the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Chippewa Street.
Uniland submitted documents and renderings of the building to the Buffalo Planning Board Wednesday. The structure will have 200,000 square feet of Class A office space, parking, a 120 room full service hotel, a restaurant, night club and boutique shops.
"This is just another step in the process as we continue to ready the site for construction. Only when all municipal, regulatory and public/private partnership approvals are complete, will the project move forward," said Therese Hickok, spokesperson for Uniland.
Right now, the mostly vacant Delaware Court Building sits at 250 Delaware. Its two main tenants are the Bada-Bing and Purple Monkey night clubs.
