BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A Buffalo man who admitted he shot a man to death in broad daylight in an argument over a bike and drugs will be spending a long time behind bars.
Wyatt "Chicago" Hayes was sentenced to 22-years for manslaughter in the death of Darryl McDavis. Hayes took full responsibility for the crime in court.
McDavis' best friend who witnessed the killing was also killed last month. The family believes his murder was in retaliation for talking to police.
