CLARENCE, N.Y. -- Drew Cerza, the local entrepreneur who made the National Buffalo Chicken Wing Festival a success, is hoping to build budget unity in the Clarence School District.

Voters there recently shot down a 10% tax hike that would have for the most part maintained staffing and programs.

This Tuesday, they'll vote on a new budget that only has a three and a half percent tax hike, but is heavy on cuts.

Cerza is part of a group that is urging voters to approve the new budget.
