Above Average Rain and Colder

BUFFALO, NY - After serveral days of near record warmth, colder air is now here.  Temperatures will be about 10 degrees below average to start the week off with highs in the low 60s and lows in the upper 40s on Monday. 

Rain over the weekend has brought rain totals this month well above average already. 

Several locations received nearly 3" of rain in a 24 hour period from Saturday into Sunday.  Here are the rain totals from the National Weather Service:
